Postage Stamp Embroidery Christmas Sampler

This is a brand new design from our Postage Stamp Embroideries series.  There are 16 Christmas motifs in your pattern (PDF or hard copy) - and the pattern includes a piece of linen printed with the postage-stamp sized boxes ready for you to add the designs.

The original design includes Swarovski crystals which are sold separately, and is stitched in Au ver a Soie's stranded embroidery thread, Soie d'Alger.  The silk thread set is also available separately, or you can use your own threads of similar colour or use a conversion chart.

The Postage Stamp Embroideries are designed so that they can be framed in a 14" quilting or embroidery hoop - you might want to swap them out depending on the season!

Very simple stitches are used in this project: Satin stitch, long and short stitch, french knots, lazy daisies, backstitch and fly stitch, so it's suitable for beginners to advanced.

A list of materials is in the photos - The thread set has 11 threads and the crystal bead set has 2 gold, 5 red, and 55-60 clear swarovski crystal beads.
