Shipping & Returns
Postage:
Please note that we post on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Australia. We have a flat postage fee of $10 within Australia and AUD$25 internationally.
Return of goods:
We accept returns for faulty goods but not change of mind.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at foragebylm@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 39/7 Narabang Way, Belrose, NSW, 2085 Australia. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item you may do this within 14 days. Contact us first and we will ask you to post back the item you have (at your own expense), when we receive the item we'll initiate an exchange.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), bookings and deposits for classes, workshops, tours and retreats are also not refundable or exchangeable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage is at your expense and we will refund upon receiving the goods in original condition.
Please note the following rules regarding return of goods:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Gift Vouchers are not refundable or able to be exchanged for cash.
- PDF products and patterns are not returnable or refundable.
Refund of deposits, workshops, classes and tours:
- Please read the Terms and Conditions of refund for all workshops, classes and tours. This is contained in the purchase information on the product listing in our store and may differ slightly between products. These terms and conditions take precedence over any other refund/return information listed.
- Deposits for tours and retreats are not refundable but are transferrable up to one week prior to the event.
- Payments for workshops and classes are not refundable but are transferrable.
- If you wish to transfer the payment, you are responsible for finding someone to take your place on a tour, workshop or class and the payment details are to be worked out privately between the two of you.
