Vintage Watchmaker’s Parts – Gears & Hands

A fascinating little collection of vintage mechanical watch or clock parts that we found in France, including tiny brass gear wheels, steel cogs and assorted hands. 

The wonderful mixture of bright brass, silvery steel and naturally rusted surfaces gives these pieces great character.

Composition: Brass and steel.

Special details: Genuine mechanical components with lovely aged patina; the tiny precision-cut gears are particularly appealing. Excellent for slow-stitching embellishment, assemblage, jewellery, mixed-media work or curiosity collections. Sold as decorative vintage pieces rather than working components.
