Vintage Hand-Embroidered Floral Linen Panel which measures 50 x 32cm 

A delightful hand-embroidered linen panel, probably dating from the mid-20th century, featuring stylised pink flowers and olive-green foliage arranged around the edges. 

The embroidery is worked predominantly in satin stitch, stem/outline stitch and small decorative stitches, with wonderfully bold colour and a charming folk-art quality. Finished with a deep pink woven border.

Composition: Fine white linen or linen/cotton ground with stranded cotton embroidery and woven cotton/rayon edging.
