Pair of Antique Lace Dress Trims – c.1890–1910

A beautiful matching pair of small circular lace motifs, approximately 5–6 cm across, likely originally used as decorative dress or lingerie appliqués. 

Finely worked in cream thread with an intricate central wheel and delicate scalloped outer border. Their unusual matching form makes them particularly lovely for collecting or repurposing in textile work.

Some age-related wear and broken threads, as shown, but wonderfully evocative early pieces.
