Vintage Hand-Embroidered Linen Guest Towels – Pair, c.1940s

A beautiful matching pair of vintage linen guest towels, each hand embroidered with a vibrant bouquet of red and orange flowers, fresh green foliage and a striking cobalt-blue ribbon and bow. The fine cream linen has a subtle woven pattern and delicate hemstitched detailing. Beautifully worked and wonderfully cheerful, with lovely small variations in the hand stitching. Excellent vintage condition.
