Item 26-109 Handkerchief Event

Set of 3 matching handkerchiefs made from high quality white cotton with a “M” monogram.

They measure approximately 40x40cm.

The French word for handkerchief is “mouchoir”, which might explain the reason we find so many hankies with an “M” monogrammed on them.
Or maybe it means “Madame” or “monsieur”??

They come from our collection amassed over many years of foraging in French flea markets and brocantes.

These are in the original condition which we found them in.
We recommend soaking them for a few hours before washing in a cold was and hanging them in the bright sunshine.

We like to have a stash of old handkerchiefs on hand because they are the perfect size/weight to use as backgrounds for our SlowStitch projects
